Keestrack headquarter locates in Europe, we own several workshops for machining, welding, painting, assembly, engine unit and spare parts warehouse etc., besides the traditional painting room, company brought in automatic power coating, painting line, which increases working efficiency a lot. The factory covers 53,333 square meters area, workshop building area is around 15,550 square meters.
Besides headquarter and 2 factories in Europe, Keestrack sets up several sales departments in USA, India and Russia etc., In 2007, Keestrack invested in China built a new factory in Anhui province, which covers more than 33,333 square meters, after 3 years running, China factory is able to build every type of machine from Keestrack Europe, and all quality accords with Keestrack Europe standards. Also, on March 10th, Keestrack Group bought Italian OM company.Under support of strong technology and after sales service team, with persistent efforts from all Keestrack personnel, Keestrack is moving to world with its steady step.

PRODUCTION
Since we launched the Frontier/4518, market interest has shown a tremendous demand for this style of machine. By researching the market and listening to our customers we realised there was a market for a smaller Frontier type machine. In 2002 the smaller version of the Frontier/4518 was introduced called the Novum. The Novum filled a gap in the world market of mobile screeners. Pre-orders of this machine exceeded our expectation and sales increased dramatically beyond all expectation. Since 2002 we have extended our portfolio of machines to include 7 Screening models and 2 Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher models.
DISTRIBUTION
Soon after the release of the Novum we set about to establish a global dealer network. Within a few years and with the help of our dealers, Keestrack machines were being sold in the all countries of Europe, North and South America, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. New networks will start up soon in Asia and Russia.
SUPPLIERS
Keestrack has a policy of using only high quality components from reliable and competent suppliers (like Bosch-Rexroth, Sauer-Danfoss, Deutz and Caterpillar) on their machines. Therefore our supplier base source is global, including suppliers from Germany, U.K., Italy, the Benelux countries and the Czech Republic to name just a few.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Research and Development is of great importance to our continued growth. Our designers spend almost as much time on site with the customer as they do in the drawing office. Using the latest software our team of 21 highly qualified engineers are constantly working to improve specifications on the machines and design new models. It has been said "imitation is the best form of flattery". If this is true our designers should be very flattered as the Keestrack direct feed style machine is now being copied by many of the other screen manufacturers.
SPARE PARTS & SERVICE
In order to maintain the large number of machines currently working world wide in the field a continuous flow of spareparts and backup is provided by our company. The company uses a stock management system that allows us to stock a large quantity of spareparts, from the smallest bolt to the biggest belt. Custom mdade software enables us to keep control of our inventory levels.
Due to a controlled warehouse system, the company can give fast and excellent service to customers. Skilled technicians operate within a very short time period to change parts on machines located anywhere in the world. All Keestrack models are designed with world transport regulations in mind making it easier for our customers to transport machines from one job to the next.
